Minor variations in color, texture, or design are part of the handmade process and add to the uniqueness of every item. These variations will not be considered defects or grounds for a refund.
In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. You will be required to provide clear photographs and your order details for verification. Upon review, our team will determine an appropriate resolution—such as a replacement or store credit—if applicable.
